RESOLUTION 06-124
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 on June 13,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 19th day of June 2006 that the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 5 be approved.
