RESOLUTION 06-125
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY SITE PLAN FOR STIVERS FORD
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Stivers Ford requests approval of a site plan for the placement of a
temporary building on the property for use by the dealership's used car sales office until
the permanent building approved by the City Council on June 5,2006 is completed;
AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Municipal Code allows for temporary commercial structures for
a period of thirteen months following site plan approval.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci~of Waukee,
Iowa that the Temporary Site Plan for Stivers Ford be approved on this 19'day of June
2006.
