RESOLUTION 06-223
APPROVAL OF THE KEY INTERSECTIONS DESIGN GUIDELINES REPORT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 25,2006,the Waukee City Council approved RDG Planning and
Design to provide design services for key corners and intersection improvements along the
Alice's Road Corridor (Resolution #06-15);AND,
WHEREAS,on October 24,2006,the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended to
the City Council that the Key Intersections Design Guidelines Report and general design
concepts outlined therein be approved;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 6th day of November 2006 that the Key Intersections Design Guidelines Report provided
by RDG Planning and Design and the general design concepts outlined therein are approved.
