RESOLUTION 06-218 )
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 on October 24,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 is in general
conformance with §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 6th day of November 2006 that the Final Plat for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 5 is approved.
