RESOLUTION 06-219
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE SCHOOLS BASEBALL AND
SOFTBALL COMPLEX
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Waukee Schools Baseball and Softball Complex on October 24,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Schools Baseball and Softball Complex is in
general conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Waukee Schools Baseball and Softball Complex be approved
on this 6th day of November 2006.
