RESOLUTION 06-233
APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL FROM DESIGN ALLIANCE FOR DESIGN
SERVICES FOR CITY HALL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the design and layout of office space at City Hall,230 Hickman Road,have
become less effective and efficient as staffing and storage needs have increased over
time;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff has approached Design Alliance to submit a form of proposal for
that finn's services in the design and remodel of City Hall for the best use of the current
space and for potential future phases of expansion;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposal provided by Design Alliance has been reviewed by the City
Attorney and found to be acceptable.INOWTHEREFOREBEITRESOLVEDbytheCityCounciloftheCityofWaukee,
Iowa on this the 20th day of November 2006 that the proposal from Design Alliance for
design services for City Hall is hereby approved.
