RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE'S STATE OF IOWA 2006
FINANCIAL REPORT,AND DIRECTING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF WAUKEE TO FILE THE REPORT WITH
THE AUDITOR OF STATE
WHEREAS,The Waukee Director of Finance has submitted to the City Council of the
City of Waukee,the State ofIowa 2006 Financial Report for the City of Waukee,Iowa;
AND
WHEREAS,the report shows total Revenues in the amount of$20,233,030 and total
Expenditures of$17,950,555 with an Ending Fund Balance of $13,643,562;AND
WHEREAS,the report is required to be published and submitted to the Auditor of State
by December I st of each year;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby approves
the State ofIowa 2006 Financial Report and directs the Director of Finance to publish the
annual report,and submit it to the Auditor of State,this zo"day of November 2006.
