RESOLUTION 06-229
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Lee Engineers has submitted the construction plans for Fox Creek Estates
Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and have been found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set
forth by the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Fox Creek Estates Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 20th day of
November 2006.
