RESOLUTION 06-228
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
WALNUT COVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Walnut Cove on August 29,2006;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Walnut Cove is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,in connection with the development of Walnut Cove,the owner has
obtained a Public Storm Sewer Easement from the owners of Lots 4 and 5 of Southview
Estates which easements have been granted to the City of;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to formally accept such easements and to have
the easements filed of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the zo"day of November 2006 that the Preliminary Plat for Walnut Cove be
approved and that the Public Storm Sewer Easements are hereby approved and accepted
by the City of Waukee,and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to file such easements
with the Dallas County,Iowa recorder.
