RESOLUTION 10-13
APPROVING FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that a five o'clock (5:00)p.m.time is
favorable for regular City Council meetings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of January,2010,that the City Council shall have its regular meetings
on the first and third Mondays of each and every month at Waukee City Hall at five 0-
clock (5:00)p.m.,unless the City Council and/or the City Administrator/Clerk shall deem
it necessary to reschedule a regular meeting.
