RESOLUTION 10-05
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY ENGINEER
FOR THE YEAR 2010
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is to the City of Waukee's advantage to appoint a City Engineer for the
Year 2010;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimrn,Inc.,has served the City Engineer since 1990;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that during this time Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.,has provided the Council with thorough and accurate information and have
completed their duties as project engineer with meticulous attention to detail.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4th day ofJanuary,2010,does hereby approve the appointment of Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.,as City Engineer for the Year 2010.
