RESOLUTION 10-07
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
FOR THE YEAR 2010
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
City Health Officer;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has reappointed Dennis D.Dowell as City Health
Officer for calendar year 2010;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on the
4th of January,2010,does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of Dennis D.Dowell
as City Health Officer for the Year 20 10.
