RESOLUTION 10-21
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASES
WITH PEAK SOFTWARE SYSTEMS,INC.,RELATED TO UPGRADES TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION SCHEDULE AND RESERVATION SOFTWARE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Parks and Recreation Department's current contract on the
SportsMan SQL software is scheduled to expire February 2010;AND,
WHEREAS,Peak Software Systems,Inc.,the software provider,has provided an Agreement
for Services and Equipment Purchases for software upgrades including the Core Module for
scheduling programs and team registrations and the Internet Module for online registrations;
AND,
WHEREAS,services included are updates,technical support,help desk support and database
consultation;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Parks and Recreation Department staff recommend approval of the
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 18th day of January 2010 that the Agreement for Services and Equipment Purchases with
Peak Software Systems,lnc.,is hereby accepted and approved.
