RESOLUTION 10-31
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE 2009 BIOSOLIDS REMOVAL PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Clark Fanus,LTD,has completed the public improvements associated with
the 2009 Biosolids Removal Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in the 2009
Biosolids Removal Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8th day of February 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the 2009 Biosolids Removal Project.
