RESOLUTION 10-29
APPROVING AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF A JACOBSEN GKIV PLUS
DIESEL GREENS MOWER IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,650.00
FROM TURFWORKS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a Jacobsen GKN Plus Diesel Greens Mower from Turfworks in the amount of
$23,650.00;AND,
WHEREAS,said mower will be used at Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course and will
replace an existing mower as part of the Public Works Department vehicle replacement
program;AND,
WHEREAS,the existing mower will be converted to a tee mower.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8th day of February 2010 that it hereby approves the purchase ofa Jacobsen
GKIV Plus Diesel Greens Mower from Turfworks in the amount of $23,650.00.
