RESOLUTION 10-30
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE LITTLE WALNUT CREEK CULVERT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,H&W Contracting,LLC,has completed the public improvements
associated with the Little Walnut Creek Culvert Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in the Little
Walnut Creek Culvert Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 8th day ofFebrnary 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Little Walnut Creek Culvert Project.
