RESOLUTION 10-34
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Public Works Facility on Janu31Y 26,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Public Works Facility is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 8th day of February,2010 that the Site Plan for Waukee Public Works Facility is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with Dallas County,Iowa subject to [mal review and approval
by the City Attorney:
1.Easement for Public Utility;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
easements related to the site plan of Waukee Public Works Facility,as well as any other
documents related thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
