RESOLUTION 06-183A I
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 5
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Corell Contractors has completed the improvements for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 5 for Ewing Land Development;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5 and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as
a part of this proj ect are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of November 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 5.
