RESOLUTION 06-184A
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR MIDWEST COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Underground Company has completed the water main extension
improvements for Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1 and has confirmed that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of November 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Midwest Commercial Development Plat 1.
