RESOLUTION 06-181A I
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.has completed the improvements for Williams Pointe Plat
II for Williams Pointe Development II,L.c.;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Engineering Technician has reviewed the improvements on
Williams Pointe Plat II and has confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of November 2006 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Williams Pointe Plat II.
