RESOLUTION 10-40
APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT TO DAVID HORNER,615 SE WOOD CREST
DRIVE,FOR TREE DAMAGE RELATED TO THE SOUTHFORK AND WALNUT
RIDGE SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,during construction of the Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary Sewer Project
in 2008,a tree was irreparably damaged on property owned by David Homer,615 SE
Woodcrest Drive;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends that Mr.Horner be compensated for half the cost of
replacement of the tree,in the amount of $175.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 22"d day of February 2010,that it hereby approves reimbursement to David Horner,615
SE Woodcrest Drive,for tree damage related to the Southfork and Walnut Ridge Sanitary
Sewer Proj ect,
