RESOLUTION 10-45
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LEGACY POINTE MEMORY CARE CENTER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Conunission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee Mem01Y Care Facility on February 9,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Memory Care Center is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 22nd day of'February,2010 that the Site Plan for Legacy Pointe Mem01Y Care Center is
approved.
