RESOLUTION 10-43
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 6;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 22nd day of February,2010 that the Construction Plans for Legacy Pointe at
Waukee Plat 6 be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of
the City of Waukee.
