RESOLUTION 10-54
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FROM A PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN THE GRANGER NATURAL GAS MAIN
EXTENSION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a temporary construction easement is necessary for the
purpose of construction of the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said temporary construction easement shall be located on a portion of the property
owned by Dale L.Finestead and Marthalea Finestead,and Michael K.Finestead and Pamela K.
Finestead,and legally described as follows:
The South 339 feet of the West 650 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 36,Township 81 North,Range 26 Wet of the 5'h principal meridian,Dallas
County,Iowa
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
8'h day of March 2010 that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction Easement from Dale
L.Finestead and Marthalea Finestead,and Michael K.Finestead and Pamela K.Finestead,
property owner within the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project,with payment made by
the City to tho property 'W",")in the amount Of$L~~
