RESOLUTION 10-55
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FROM A PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN THE GRANGER NATURAL GAS MAIN
EXTENSION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORlTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a temporary construction easement is necessary for the
purpose of construction of the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said temporary construction easement shall be located on a portion of the property
owned by Xenia Rural Water District,and legally described as follows:
The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter South of the creek in Section 3,
Township SO North,Range 26 West of the 5t11 principal meridiance,Dallas County,Iowa
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
S'h day of March 2010 that it hereby approves the Temporary Construction Easement from Xenia
Rural Water District,property owner within the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project,
with payment made by the City to the property owner(s)in the amount of $1.00.
