RESOLUTION 10-61
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE CITY
OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has established the City Operations Committee,the
general purpose of which is to assist the Mayor and City Council in carrying out their duties
relative to provision of City services and operational efficiencies (Resolution #10-60);AND,
WHEREAS,the Committee membership shall consist of the mayor and two council members;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor Peard appoints Council Members Casey L.Harvey and Mike Watts as
members of the committee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 8th day of March 2010 that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of members to
the City Operations Committee.
