RESOLUTION 10-62
APPROVING A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE ALICE'S ROAD
CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council has established a Master Plan for the Alice's Road
Corridor as a top priority;AND,
WHEREAS,funding for the Master Plan is available in both the current FY2010 and
upcoming FY20ll budgets;AND,
WHEREAS,it is intended that the Request for Proposals will be sent to both local and
regional firms for consideration,with work on the Master Plan anticipated to commence
in May 2010.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this the 22nd day of March 2010 that it hereby approves the request for proposals
for the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan.
