RESOLUTION 10-63
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 13
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Williams Pointe Development II,LC,has completed the public
improvements associated with Williams Pointe Plat 13;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in Williams
Pointe Plat 13 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 22nd day of March 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Williams Pointe Plat 13.
