RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
Section 1.That the following bid for the construction of certain public
improvements described in general as Douglas Parkway Paving Project,described in the
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this City Council on AprilS,2010,be and
is hereby approved,the same being the lowest responsible bid received for such work,as
follows:
Contractor:Manatt's,Inc.,of Johnston,IA
Amount of bid:$2,241,872.14
Portion of project:All Construction Work
Section 2.That the City of Waukee hereby concurs in the award of contract to the
above contractor by the City of Urbandale.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this Sth day of April,2010.
