RESOLUTION 10-81
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR SE PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS (WAUKEE SCHOOL STADIUM)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rochon Corporation has completed the public improvements associated
with SE Park Road Improvements (Waukee School Stadium);AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed for SE Park
Road Improvements (Waukee School StadiU111)and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5t11 day of April 20 I 0 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for SE Park Road Improvements (Waukee School Stadium).JO~,d1~ro~,m
