RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,
IOWA:
Section 1.That the bids described on Exhibit A,for the various packages of the
Project,as described in the plans and specifications adopted by the City of Waukee be
and are hereby accepted,the same being the lowest responsible bids received.
Section 2.That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to obtain
the necessary executed contracts,bonds and certificates of insurance for the Project as
described in the plans and specifications therefore,and that upon receipt of the same in
accordance with said plans and specifications,the Mayor is hereby authorized ami
directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waukee,Iowa,the same
being hereby approved and accepted by this City Council;and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to attest to the signature of the Mayor thereon.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5th day of April,2010.
