APPROVlNG CONTRACT AND BOND FOR THE
2009 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public improvements
described in general as 2009 Sidewalk Improvement Program,and which have been signed by
the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Al Erdman Enterprises,LLC
Date of contract:April 1,2010
Bond surety:AMCO Insurance Company
Date ofbond:April 1,2010
Portion of project:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 5h day of April,2010.
