RESOLUTION 10-97
APPROVAL OF AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SEND REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS FOR CITY OF WAUKEE BANKING SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to do business with a reputable fmancial
institution who can meet all the requirements set forth in Iowa Code Chapter 12C;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to solicit proposals for the City of Waukee banking
services for FYll,FY12 and FY13,with a possible three year extension;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 19th day of April,2010 that it hereby approves and authorizes City staff to send requests
for proposals for City of Waukee Banking Services.
