RESOLUTION 10-98
APPROVING THE AWARD OF PURCHASE OF A JOHN DEERE 1600T.
MOWER FROM VAN WALL EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,270.25
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Parks and Recreation Department recommends the
purchase of a John Deere 1600T Mower from Van Wall Equipment in the amount of
$30,270.25;AND,
WHEREAS,said mower will replace an existing mower as part of the Parks and
Recreation Department vehicle replacement program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of April 20 10 that it hereby approves the purchase of a John Deere
1600T Mower from Van Wall Equipment in the amount of$30,270.25.
