APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR UNIVERSITY AVENUE
WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF W AUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public
improvements described in general as University Avenue Water Main Extension Project,and
which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are
hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:Gator Excavating,Inc.
Date of contract:April 5,2010
Bond surety:Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual)
Date ofbond:April 5,2010
Portion of proj ect:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 19th day of April,2010.
