RESOLUTION 10-107
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WILLIAMS POINTE LAND PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Family Homes Construction (the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Williams Pointe Land Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on April 13,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Williams Ponte Land Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 19th day of April,2010 that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe Land Plat 1 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final
review and approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subject to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:
1.Easement for Sanitary Sewer (private);
2.Easement for Storm Sewer (private);
3.Easement for Sign (private);
4.Reciprocal Easement Agreement (private);and
5.Easement for Landscape Buffer;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Williams Pointe Land Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
