RESOLUTION 10-136
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WAUKEE AND CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNERS AS SPECIFIED
BELOW
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Kathryn Llewellyn,Warren L.and Donna J.Herr,Doris Conger and Walter Gene
Huston,and Maurice V.Herr submitted individual preannexation agreements and applications
for voluntary annexation seeking Council approval of the annexation agreement and the
Voluntary Annexation of their property to the City;
WHEREAS,the City Council having considered the preannexation agreements with Kathryn
Llewellyn,Warren L.and Donna J.Herr,Doris Conger and Walter Gene Huston,and Maurice
V.Herr,finds that the same should be approved subject to the Completion of the annexation of
the properties that are the subject of said agreements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the preannexation agreements submitted for consideration
by the City Council of the City of Waukee and executed by the property owners of Kathryn
Llewellyn,Warren L.and Donna J.Herr,Doris Conger and Walter Gene Huston,and Maurice
V.Herr should be and the same are hereby approved subject to completion of the annexation of
the properties that are the subj ect of said agreements as contemplated therein.
