RESOLUTION 10-130
APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COlVlMITTEE TO BE KNOWN AS THE
ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN SELECTION COlVlMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a committee is necessary in order to review and
interview potential design firms for the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan,as well as make
recommendation to the Waukee City Council;AND,
WHEREAS,the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Selection Committee (the "Committee")
shall be established in order to fulfill this need;AND,
WHEREAS,the Committee shall remain in existence until such time as a design film has been
selected by the Council;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor shall appoint the Committee members,which shall consist of no more
than five (5)members;AND,
WHEREAS,the Committee shall meet as necessary and shall comply with all provisions of
Code ofIowa Chapter 21,Official Meetings Open to Public (Open Meetings)and Chapter 22,
Examination of Public Records (Open Records);
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 3m day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the establishment ofa committee 0 be
known as the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Selection Co itte
