RESOLUTION 10-113
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING STORM SEWER EASEMENT FOR THE DOUGLAS
PARKWAY PAVING PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $26.34 (PAMELA M.GARR)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that a storm sewer easement is necessary for the purpose of
construction of the Douglas Parkway Paving Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said storm sewer easement shall be located on a portion of the property owned by
Pamela M.GmT,and legally described as follows:
A PART OF LOT 2,GEORGE MARTIN SUBDIVISION,AN OFFICIAL PLAT IN
THE CITY OF WAUKEE,DALLAS COUNTY,IOWA AND MORE
P ARTICULARL Y DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2;THENCE SOUTH
01°01'01"EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 2,A DISTANCE OF 17.43
FEET;THENCE NORTH 44°25'04"WEST,24.67 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF
SAID LOT 2;THENCE SOUTH 89°20'39"EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE,16.96
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING 0.003 ACRES (148
SQUARE FEET).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Conncil in session this
3'd day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the Storm Sewer Easement from Pamela M.Garr,
property owner within the Douglas Parkway Paving Pro.ect,with payment made by the City to
the property owner(s)in the amount of $26.34.
