RESOLUTION 10-128
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the Preliminary
Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 2 on April 27,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 2 is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 3rd day of May 2010 that the Preliminary Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 2 be approved .
