APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
FROM A PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN THE GRANGER NATURAL GAS MAIN
EXTENSION PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined tbat a temporary construction easement is necessary for the
purpose of construction of the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,said temporary construction easement shall be located on a portion oftbe property
owned by Patricia A.Broderick,and legally described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter oftbe Northwest Quarter in Section II,Township 79 North,
Range 26 West of the St!,principal meridian,Dallas County,Iowa
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
3,d day of May 2010 that it hereby approves tbe Temporary Construction Easement from Patricia
A.Broderick,property owner within the Granger Natural Gas Main Extension Project,with
