RESOLUTION 10-131
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THE
ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN SELECTION COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has established the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan
Selection Conunittee in order to review and interview potential design firms for the Alice's Road
Corridor Master Plan,as well as make recommendation to the Waukee City Council (Resolution
#10-130);AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has appointed the following as members of the Alice's
Road Corridor Master Plan Selection Committee:
1)Brian Mook
2)City Administrator/Clerk Jeffrey L.Kooistra
3)Director of Development Services Brad Deets
WHEREAS,Mayor Peard has also appointed himself and Council Member Dan Dutcher as
Council Representatives to the committee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 3'"day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of members to the
Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Selection Committee.
