RESOLUTION 10-129
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM SCHEDULED TO
EXPIRE 12/31/2011
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Board of Adjustment member Robert Ellis will be moving out of Waukee and
therefore cannot continue as a member of that board;AND,
WHEREAS,the mayor shall appoint or reappoint citizen members to the City's various boards,
commissions and committees;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard appoints Steve Morain to the Board of Adjustment to fill Mr.
Ellis'unexpired term;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofWankee,Iowa on
this 3'd day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the appointment of Steve Morain to the Board of
Adjustment to fill an unexpired term scheduled to expire December 31,2011.
