RESOLUTION 10-116
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS AS NOTED IN EXHIBIT 'A'OF THE RESOLUTION
FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY PROJECT INCREASING THE
TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT BY $475,897.95
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 8,2010,the Waukee City Council approved the adoption of plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Waukee Public Works Facility
Project (Resolution #10-51);AND,
WHEREAS,Design Alliance,Inc.,architect for the Project,recommends the City of Waukee
accept the Change Orders as noted on the Change Order Request Log dated April 29,2010,and
which is attached hereto as Exhibit'A.'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
3 rd day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the Change Orders as noted in Exhibit'A'of the
resolution for the Waukee Public Works Facility Project increasing the total contract amount by
$475,897.95.
