RESOLUTION 10-140
APPROVING FY 2010 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to file an annual budget amendment,if
necessary,no later than May 31 st of each fiscal year;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee's proposed budget amendment for FYlO was published
in the Dallas County News on May 6t\2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Director of Finance,Linda Burkhart,reviewed the budget for FYI 0,
and proposed total revenue increases of $446,405,and increased expenditures in the
amount of $5,508,034.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of May,2010 that it hereby approves amending the FY2010 budget
as published,
