RESOLUTION 10-151
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF AN ARIES PATHFINDER SEWER
CAMERA UPGRADE/RETROFIT FROM MID-IOWA SOLID WASTE
EQUIPMENT CO.,INC.,IN THE AMOUNT OF $48,485.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a Aries Pathfinder sewer camera upgrade/retrofit from Mid-Iowa Solid Waste
Equipment Co.,Inc.,in the amount of $48,485.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Department recommends the purchase of the sewer
camera to replace an outdated single-function camera;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'11day of May 2010 that it hereby approves the purchase of a Aries
Pathfinder sewer camera upgradelretrofit from Mid-Iowa Solid Waste Equipment Co.,
Inc.,in the amount of $48,485.00.
