APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #10-162,A RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING A COMMITTEE TO BE KNOWN AS THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
REVIEW COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 17,2010,the Waukee City Council approved a resolution establishing a
committee to be known as the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee (Resolution #10-162);
AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends an increase in the maximum number of citizen members to
the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee from six (6)to ten (10)citizen memhers;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 71h day ofJune 2010 that it hereby approves an amendment to Resolution #10-162,a
resolution establishing a committee to be known as the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee,
by increasing the maximum number of citizen members from six (6)to ten (10)citizen members.
