RESOLUTION 10-182
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has established the Comprehensive Plan Review
Committee in order to periodically review the Implementation Matrix within the City of Waukee
Comprehensive Plan and to revise and prioritize the goals within the Implementation Matrix
(Resolution #10-162);AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council approved a resolution amending Resolution #10-162 in
order to increase the maximum number of citizen members to the Committee (Resolution #10-
181);AND,
WHEREAS,in addition to those Committee member appointments approved by the City
COlIDci1on May 17,2010 (Resolution #10-163),Mayor WilliamF.Peard has appointed the
following Waukee citizen as a member of the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee:
1)Brian Hughes;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED hy the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 7'h day of June 2010 that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment ofB 'jan Hughes to
the Comprehensive Plan Review Committee.
