RESOLUTION 10-184
APPROVING A SYSTEM AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES,INC.,
FOR INCODE ONLINE COMPONENT SETUP,UTILITY BILLING,BUILDING
PROJECTS AND CALL CENTER ONLINE COMPONENT SERVICES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COlUIty,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City staffreceives numerous requests from Citizen's for online utility bill
and building permit payments;AND,
WHEREAS,the City staff has researched and recommends Tyler Technologies,Inc's
product for the Incode financial software,which will allow Citizen's 24/7 access to account
information and history,as well as the ability to pay with a credit card tbrough a Secure
Socket Layer;AND,
WI-IEREAS,the City staff recommends the approval of the System Agreement between
Tyler Technologies,Inc.and the City of Waukee to provide the Online Component for Utility
Billing,Building Projects and Call Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 7th day of June 2010 that the System Agreement with Tyler Technologies,Inc.is hereby
approved..:
