RESOLUTION 10-186
APPROVING A SALES AGREEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH MIDWEST OFFICE TECHNOLOGY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF
A CANON IMAGERUNNER ADVANCE 6065 COPIERISCANNERIFAX FOR
WAUKEE CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,707.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,a lease agreement related to a Sharp AR-M620N PCL 6 copier/fax located
at Waukee City Hall has expired;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff obtained quotes from four office equipment companies for a
new black and wbite copier/fax/scanner;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of a Sales Agreement and Maintenance
Agreement with Midwest Office Technology related to the purchase of a Canon
Imagerunner Advance 6065 copier/scanner/fax for Waukee City Hall in the amount of
$10,707.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21st day of June 2010 that it hereby approves a Sales Agreement and
Maintenance Agreement with Midwest Office Technology related to the purchase of a
Canon Imagerunner Advance 6065 copier/scanner/fax for Waukee City Hall in the
amount of$10,707.00.
